1. Corrugated carton box Machine introduction
Carton box machine inline , is the most fully automatic type machine for corrugated carton box making . PLC control , speed fast and operation is easy .
Raw material is corrugated paperboard , finished product is ready carton box bundling well .
Carton box machine inline working procedure as follows :
Put raw material corrugated paperboard , then printing colors on corrugated paperboard , then slotting , then die cutting , then fold glue , at last auto stacker and auto bundling with PP belt .
2.Machine structure
Lead edge auto feeder part : vaccum absorption
1) electric control machine from the alarm bell, continuous ringing warning, to ensure the safety of workers.
2)drive shaft with friction clutch, to avoid misuse and damage to the machine.
3) pneumatic interlock device.
4)The host motor starts the protection device. (The machine is not locked, the host can not start running)
Printing unit - 1 color , 2 color , 3 color , 4 color
1)roller steel surface grinding, repression reticulate, hard chrome Plating .
2)balance correction, smooth operation.
3)mesh number is 180,200,220,250 lines / inch selection. ØOption ceramic roller 300-500line/inch

Die cutter and slotter part
1) Make standard box by slotting unit
2) Make special box by die cutting unit (the whole shape must be standard shape box , as fold glue bundling in same line )
3) Die cutting mat use high quality durable brand
4) Carton box size is adjustable
Folding part
1.The paper folding in the front adopts precise shaping and guiding wheel arranging system for conveying, while the paper folding in the back adopts adsorption belt for conveying. This way of conveying is stable for cardboard walking, without deviation.
2.High strength bridge arm, precision traverse guide system.
3.The left and right adjustment of the origami beam can be controlled by computer or by electric adjustment.
4.The paper fish tail adjustment by Belt differential adjustment
Tidying and auto counter- ejector part
1)Lengthen the time ot cardboard correction , make the gluing stable
2)Auto stacker- make preparation for bundling part
Auto bundling part
1)Working speed:10-18 packs/min.
